The function of education is to make an individual think intensively and critically. The Department of Education is one of the main departments of the College. The sanctioned staff strength for the Department is 02 Assistant Professors while as given the huge enrollment for the subject, the Department has engaged three more faculty members on academic arrangement basis. The department was established in year 1988 and caters to the needs of almost 2000 students. Apart from routine teaching work the Department has been organizing seminars, symposiums, B.Ed. Contact Classes and others co curricular activities which expose the students to the real situations of life
