Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- What is the purpose of the Access Control System (ACS) in the college?
The ACS is designed to restrict unauthorized access to the college premises, ensuring a secure and disciplined environment for students, faculty, and visitors.
- How does the RFID-enabled entry system work for students and faculty?
Students and faculty must scan their RFID-enabled ID cards at the entrance to gain access. The system will automatically verify their information in the database and open the flap barriers if approved.
- What should a visitor do if they are not in the database?
Visitors not registered in the system must use the Visitor Management System (VMS) to provide their details, receive an OTP for authentication, and generate an entry slip to open the flap barriers.
- What documents are required to register a vehicle for entry through the drop gate?
To register a vehicle, applicants must submit an application along with valid documents like the Registration Certificate (RC), driving license, and Pollution under Control certificate. Readmore
